How Fast Do You Ship?
Once payment is received shipping takes 1 to 2 days. It includes insurance and tracking.
Do your items come from multiple people?
No, all the items I am selling are mine, my husband and the kids.
Do they come from a smoke free home?
Yes, we do not smoke.
Do you take refunds?
No, we are downsizing, and selling all the items the kids have outgrown, no longer need. We are downsizing our jewelry store so we are selling a lot of merchandise for low prices. All items are check before selling. If you want more pictures we be more then happy to send them.
What if our package gets lost in the mail?
We work with you and the post office to make sure that your package gets to you. You as the customer needs to make sure that your name is correct, full address with correct spelling, apartment number as well as city, state and zip code, be happy to include an email in case.
